SIB is a current professional
Quake player whose roots come from playing at a pro level in games such as: Counter-Strike,
League of Legends, and Alliance of Valiant Arms- fighting against the likes of Skadoodle!
SIB has the unique trait of being able to play multiple games and genres at a professional
capacity. SIB's ability to improve quickly, provide high quality lessons, and his
outspokenness on stream have captured peoples attention to this day as he strives to
continue making his mark as a new blood player in Quake and further explore opportunities in
the Shooting Game sphere within Esports.
SIB made his splash in the Quake scene as a newcomer to the legendary title with
historically fast progression. By mid 2018 SIB rapidly became a threat in competition by
making a major upset at the QuakeCon 2018 BYOC Duel Tournament in Dallas, Texas where he
eliminated the Quake World Champion Gellehsak to secure a 3rd place finish. Accomplishing
all this within just a mere 6 months of learning Duel, and only 1 year into learning Quake.
Although a clear underdog during his Quake career, SIB still became one of the original 20
players invited to the opening of the Quake Pro League in 2019 as a result of his talent and
passion for the Quake series!

I had a fantastic educational session with SIB! He observed me playing and noted my mistakes. Not only did he provide feedback during the session, but he also created a personalized 30-minute video that showed how to avoid my mistakes in the future. SIB was diligent, attentive to detail, and provided actionable advice. He was very nice and listened carefully to my concerns. For example, when I described my problem with strafe movement, he dedicated a portion of the video to addressing that issue specifically. SIB also spent extra time with me during our live coaching session. Overall, it was a very positive experience, which surely will improve my game!
I have been playing Quake since 2017 and found myself plateaued at the same skill level. With SIB, I was able to learn several things that really helped me play more strategically: how to choose the fight, how to move during the fight, and what weapons to use. More importantly, those came not as general tips, but as a specific review of my gameplay, i.e. hearing ‘Hey, when you use Lighting Gun, you really should NOT rush at your opponent every time, and yet this is what you do in each LG fight.’ is much more helpful than a generic bullet point list. I knew if I only learned one thing, it would be worth every penny. Having you as a coach (someone who has scratched and clawed their way into the Pro League) made the most sense to me. Since you are one of the pros who realizes how hard it is to qualify and fight to remain in the league. I have watched a ton of the pro competitions and it's easy to see how difficult it is. You need to have a true love of the game in order to be successful, no question. I had a damn blast during our lesson and I appreciate all of the encouraging words of wisdom from you!
